Senior Product Manager, Outbound & Growth

Pixellot is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive outbound product strategy and execution for our coaching analytics platform in the US market. This role is a dynamic mix of strategy and execution—focusing on product adoption, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and market expansion.

You'll work closely with the coaching product team to align the roadmap while leading product enablement materials for marketing and sales. You'll also manage knowledge base development, onboarding processes, subscription workflows, feature communications, and key KPIs to drive product engagement.

As part of your role, you will

• .Define and track KPIs to improve user engagement and sustained product usage
• .Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and integrate market insights into product improvements
• .Serve as the US market lead, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
• .Own subscription workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and user management
• .Manage digital communication for feature releases, including customer announcements and in-app messaging
