We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation & Support Specialist to join our team!

What Will You Job Look Like

• Implementing and integrating knowledge management systems for clients across the country.
• Conducting individual and group training sessions.
• Providing customer support via a dedicated helpdesk.
• Identifying customer needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in finding and applying solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the development team.
  
  

• At least one year of experience in implementing information systems (entry-level candidates are also welcome!).
• Strong self-learning abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A system-wide perspective and good technical orientation.
• A valid driver’s license for a private vehicle.
