About us:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs. In this role, you will be responsible for program planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roles, priorities, and execution cadence.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making techniques to analyze project success metrics, risks, and impact.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage dependencies and mitigate risks to drive successful program completion.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Leverage domain expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance program execution and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant course in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex technical environments, understanding software and infrastructure dependencies.
• Excellent English - reading, writing, conversation
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile).
