About the Role:

Are you passionate about creating seamless and engaging user experiences?

We're seeking a UX/UI Designer (temporary full- time position with an option for a permanent position) to lead the charge in crafting impactful, user-centered designs that bring our vision to life. As part of our team, you will be vital in shaping our product's interface and experience, translating complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and practical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI Design: Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final production assets.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze data to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points deeply.
• Design & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
• Consistency & Usability: Establish and maintain design consistency across the product by contributing to and evolving our design system, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
• User Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and drive best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects, particularly in web and mobile applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Research & Analysis Skills: Solid experience in user research, data analysis, and testing methodologies to guide design decisions.
• Collaboration Skills: Proven track record of working effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Detail-oriented: Keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to ensure design consistency and high-quality execution.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a startup company

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with animation, micro-interactions, or motion design.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) to collaborate more closely with engineering teams.

- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products.
