Program and NPI Engineer

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle riders, skiers, and off-road drivers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program and NPI Engineer to join our Operations department. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from company’s offices at Raa’nana/from home), reporting to NPI, ODM, and Programs Manager.

Job Description

:The Program and NPI Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research and development (R&D) and Operations. This position involves managing the transfer of new product lines, overseeing tactical programs, and optimizing cross-company processes, validations, and documentation.
