DevOps Engineer

A leading high-tech company is hiring a DevOps Engineer for its offices in Tel Aviv

:Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality deployments.

• Monitor and optimize service performance, ensuring reliability and availability.

• Collaborate with developers to streamline code deployment and infrastructure management.

• Automate manual tasks and processes to improve efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.

• Perform regular security audits and implement best practices for infrastructure security.

• Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery and quality.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer/SRE Engineer/Platform Engineer.

• A minimum of 3 years of exposure running production workloads (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools (e.g., Git & TFVC, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory, Proget, etc.).

• Experience with GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD or Flux).

• Experience with Configuration Management tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.

• Proven scripting capabilities: PowerShell/Bash/Python.

• High-level Linux / Windows OS expertise.

• Programming experience skills (C#, NodeJS - advantage).

• Microservices architecture & container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).

• Experience managing application servers and web servers (F5, Nginx, IIS).

• Experience in high-volume or critical production service environments.

• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
