Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Reservations agent will be responsible for managing bookings, providing excellent customer service, communicating with guests and driving up sales.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and procedures
- Previous experience in a hotels or tourism industry
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus - Hebrew & English mandatory
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
