Site Reliability Engineering Manager

We’re Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Join our leading team in the SaaS and cloud systems domain! We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to take on a challenging and impactful role.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure 99.999% availability for SaaS systems through advanced monitoring, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to implement security measures and automate threat responses.
• Enhance performance and scalability of distributed systems.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support production deployment processes.
• Lead incident response, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and apply corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or similar roles, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based applications.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools like Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Proven ability to manage complex incidents, conduct RCA, and develop long-term solutions.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Advantages:

• Experience with container management (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of networking technologies, load balancing, and CDN.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Kubernetes) – a strong plus.
