Role Overview:

As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of our design system, establish foundational processes, and solve complex end-to-end UX challenges. Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain Prismm’s design system in Figma.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and scalability.

• Lead foundational processes to build cohesive, scalable design solutions.

• Design and refine intuitive UI for various applications.

• Solve complex UX challenges and optimize user flows.

• Ensure high-quality design execution from concept to production.

• Iterate quickly and present work in English to international stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong UI focus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field.

• Proven experience in UI and UX design, particularly in design systems.

• Proficiency in Figma and component libraries.

• High-level English proficiency—you will present and collaborate with international teams.

• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in AR/VR/MR/XR is a plus.
