Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Growth Marketing Designer to play a pivotal role in driving DoorLoop’s creative direction, digital advertising, and UI/UX design. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly impact the company's growth, branding, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about using design to improve marketing performance. You’ll be working closely with the marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to bring compelling designs to life and optimize for performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, execute, and iterate multimedia advertising campaigns.
- Design innovative, high-conversion acquisition ads optimized for performance and visual appeal across various advertising platforms.
- Create and develop landing pages and microsites that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver state-of-the-art, eye-catching designs that stand out and align with the brand.
- Focus on creative performance by continuously A/B testing and reviewing live results to optimize designs.
- Design compelling newsletters and email campaigns that engage existing customers and attract new ones.
- Develop marketing and sales materials for multiple platforms (social media, digital, print).
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure alignment between branding, marketing strategy, product design, and customer experience.
- Ideate and bring creative concepts to life, from initial sketches to final execution.
- Work with the video team to develop engaging video ads and content.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve design standards and brand identity continually.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to maintain cutting-edge skills and designs.
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative roles, ideally in marketing or advertising.
- At least 3 years of experience in web design, particularly landing pages. Familiarity with Webflow is a bonus.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with teams.
- Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of color, composition, and typography.
- Proven ability to design across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and video.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage projects independently and under tight deadlines.
- Full design cycle experience from concept to creation, with a strong focus on landing pages.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work.
