Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Web Developer with expertise in Webflow and React.js to join our Marketing Squad in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing high-performing web experiences that will drive DoorLoop’s growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create impactful user journeys and data-driven experiments marketing, design, and product teams to create impactful. This position is ideal for someone passionate about web development, with a strong background in React.js and Webflow, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performing websites using Webflow and React.js.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work with the Growth Product Manager and Marketing team to design and implement data-driven experiments for funnel optimization and A/B testing.
• Transform creative designs into pixel-perfect, functional websites using React.js, Webflow tools, and custom code.
• Create engaging animations and interactions that enhance user experience.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking infrastructure (e.g., GTM, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure and report success metrics.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to support marketing and analytics experiments.
• Leverage insights from analytics tools to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, including in production environments, to maintain optimal performance.
• Stay updated with Webflow trends, best practices, and cutting-edge solutions.
  
  

• Proven experience in React.js and web development, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Expertise in Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites.
• Experience optimizing websites for performance, speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in production environments.
• Ability to transform creative concepts into functional, visually appealing websites.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
