Manager IT Commercial

We are looking for a talented IT Commercial Manager!

In this role, you will oversee the Commercial platform across four markets, ensuring solutions are resilient, stable, and meet business requirements. You will collaborate with business management to provide IT advice, manage the deployment and support of global business solutions, and lead a flexible, adaptable team. The selected candidate will be part of the IT Management Team of the cluster.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• Lead and Manage Commercial Platform: Oversee the Commercial platform, ensuring solutions are resilient, stable, and disruption-free.
• Business Engagement and IT Advisory: Collaborate with business management to provide IT advice and support strategic business programs.
• Deployment and Support: Manage the localization, deployment, and support of global business solutions.
• Efficient IT Service Delivery: Deliver IT services in a timely, cost-effective, secure, and user-friendly manner.
• Service Provider Management: Oversee internal and external service providers to ensure service levels are met.
• Budget Management: Ensure IT expenditures are properly documented, budgeted, and approved. Conduct regular cost projections and budget controls.
• Team Leadership: Lead a flexible, adaptable, and agile IT/IS Commercial team.
• Strategic Thinking: Participate in global initiatives to realize the IT strategy in the region and the cluster.
  
  

• Education: University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience as an IT commercial lead or manager, preferably in a large, global company.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of SQL databases, cloud computing (preferably AWS), and key IT commercial processes.
• Project Management: Strong project management and service management skills.
• Communication Skills: High proficiency in English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Managerial Skills: Strong managerial skills, ability to manage resources in different locations, and mentor team members.
• Budgeting and Vendor Management: Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.

• השכלה: תואר אוניברסיטאי במערכות מידע, הנדסה, מנהל עסקים או תחום רלוונטי.
• ניסיון: מעל 5 שנות ניסיון כמנהל/תIT מסחרי, רצוי בחברה גדולה וגלובלית.
• ידע טכני: ידע טוב במסדי נתוניםSQL מחשוב ענן(רצוי(AWS ותהליכים מסחריים מרכזיים.
• ניהול פרויקטים: כישורי ניהול פרויקטים ושירות חזקים.
• כישורי תקשורת: שליטה גבוהה באנגלית, כישורים בין-אישיים ותקשורתיים מצוינים.
• כישורי ניהול: כישורי ניהול חזקים, יכולת לנהל משאבים במיקומים שונים ולהדריך חברי צוות.
