🌟 About the Role:

We are looking for a SOX Manager (MACIE & APAC) to join our global finance team. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will oversee Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal controls for multiple entities in the Middle East, Europe, and APAC. The position is based in Israel and will provide high visibility across the organization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead SOX compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to internal controls over financial reporting

✔️ Identify and implement preventive and detective controls to mitigate financial reporting risks

✔️ Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to streamline compliance efforts

✔️ Maintain narratives and flowcharts to document financial processes

✔️ Provide SOX training to teams across management, finance, and logistics

✔️ Drive process improvements and efficiencies across financial operations

✔️ Partner with IT teams to enhance system controls and security

✔️ Manage remediation plans for control deficiencies

✔️ Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, including COSO framework & US GAAP

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

📌 Education & Experience:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required)

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 and/or public company experience preferred)

✅ Strong knowledge of SOX compliance & US GAAP

✅ Experience working in a global, multinational environment

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

✅ Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
