VP R&D

We are looking for a VP R&D to lead both Engineering and Product teams in a dynamic startup environment. This role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive the company’s technology and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define and execute the technology roadmap, driving scalability and innovation.
• Oversee both engineering and product development, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the company's technical direction.
• Foster a culture of agility, excellence, and innovation in a fast-moving environment.
• Implement engineering best practices and development methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior R&D leadership role (VP, CTO).
• Startup experience is a must, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record in managing multiple development teams and scaling R&D organizations.
• Expertise in cloud architectures, modern development frameworks, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with high-level strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and a founder’s mindset—adaptable, proactive, and execution-driven.
