Director Enterprise System

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Enterprise Systems to join our global IT organization.

This role requires a strong leader who excels under pressure and can drive to success in a complex environment.

In this role you will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems, oversee, guide and mentor teams of implementers, developers and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems, hands-on experience with system implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong leadership ability to inspire and drive teams toward high performance.

What will you be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate data transfer, system integrations, BI and reports, and a successful go-live across the organization.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise systems (ERP, Salesforce, Next Plus MES, etc.) aligning business goals and driving operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage the execution of medium-to-large-scale projects, foster collaboration, across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Navigate complex and high-pressure situations effectively, ensuring that projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Oversee the quality assurance process for systems prior to version updates, ensuring performance standards are met and potential issues are identified before implementation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for system performance, project delivery, and team effectiveness, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee the integration of various core systems, including Salesforce, Agile, HCM, UPS, Fritz, and other business applications with ERP.
• Manage data governance processes effectively and guide BI developers (Oracle and Qlik) in creating reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems and processes, ensuring adoption of best practices and innovations that enhance system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and high-performance.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery and successful completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing Business Applications.
• Proven experience with implementation of Oracle ERP systems (EBS or Oracle Fusion) and system integrations (such as Salesforce, MES, BI).
• Expertise in system integrations, data governance, and BI tools (Oracle, Qlik).
• Track record of leading large-scale system implementations and managing cross-functional teams.
• Solid project management experience with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate IT teams, manage interfaces across large organizations, and drive impactful results through strong leadership.
