Off Site Project Manager

At Zoomrei, we specialize in real estate investment and development, blending technology and efficiency. Our Assets Department manages rental properties (Assets Rentals) and property flips (Assets Flips), ensuring seamless execution and value creation.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end processes, drive progress, and manage projects efficiently. If you excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and leadership – we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee large-scale projects from planning to execution

🔹 Create and manage Gantt charts, budgets, and timelines

🔹 Supervise contractors, suppliers, and project managers

🔹 Ensure smooth communication between teams, leadership, and vendors

🔹 Provide regular project updates to senior management

🔹 Travel to U.S. project sites once a month

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

✔ Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills

✔ Fluent English- Must (Spanish is a plus!)

✔ Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities

✔ Willingness to travel to the U.S.( quarterly bases)

📍 No engineering degree required, but infrastructure/project management experience is a plus!

Work Schedule:

🕒 Monday-Thursday: On-site, 17:00 - 02:00

🕒 Friday: Remote, flexible hours (availability for urgent issues)
