Tax Advisor – Wealth Management Firm (Israel)

We are a Boston-based wealth management firm with an office in Raanana, looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Advisor to join our Israel team. This is primarily an on-site position with some flexibility for remote work. If you have expertise in both Israeli and U.S. individual tax law and enjoy working with high-net-worth clients, external advisors, and a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coordinate tax compliance, tax payments, and advisory work for clients
• Develop and implement estate planning strategies
• Collect and organize tax documents for client accountants
• Oversee bookkeeping and payroll as needed
• Engage with external client advisors (accountants, tax attorneys, etc.)
• Review clients’ monthly reports and financial documentation
• Research Israeli and U.S. tax laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively in English and Hebrew with clients, team members and service providers
• Maintain accurate and well-organized client records

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law
• US or Israeli Certified CPA
• 3+ years of experience in an international tax department at a top accounting or law firm
• Strong knowledge of personal tax returns (IL/US) – HNW client experience is a plus
• Expertise in international and local tax laws
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and an efficient problem-solver
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written & verbal)
