We are seeking a talented Assistant Controller who is looking to start their career, grow

their skills and career at a cutting-edge technology company. The Assistant Controller

plays a key role in our finance team.

What will you do?

Manage all aspects of the general ledger.

 Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, are

reconciled on a timely basis.

 Proper accounts payable controls and credit/collection procedures.

 Responsible for the month-end close process; setting and communicating

deadlines, maintaining schedules, and recording journal entries.

 Prepare cash flow statements on a monthly basis.

 Coordinate or assist with the budget process.

 Responsible for improving, developing, and documenting accounting and finance-

related procedures.

 Assist in the design and documentation of internal controls.

 Support and comply with government requirements, statutory financial

statements, and tax filings globally.

 Perform other financial job-related tasks and duties as required.

 Payroll preparation for the company's employees

Requirements

 2 years of accounting experience

•  Excel proficiency.
