Algorithmics is growing very fast and we need a hyperactive sales manager for working with parents who leave requests on our website.

Algorithmics is an international school of programming for children from 6 to 17 years old which helps students build self-confidence, and well as life skills while developing programming skills. Algorithmics has more than 320,000 students. Students in Algorithmics programming courses are enabled to take the first step into the emerging IT world. Students learn in and personalized approach for each child leveraging a variety of resources on a specially developed online platform. Algorithmics’ online platform is used in more than 1200 schools in more than 80 countries around the world.

Responsibilities:

·        active sales by phone via warm leads resulting from incoming requests;

·        competently work with the current client base;

·        advising clients as well as Algorithmics partners on all emerging issues;

·        inspiring the client to study at our school, and finalizing agreements;

·        support of current students, communication with parents, check extensions, collecting feedback;

·        Effective us of CRM and reporting.

Requirements:

·        interest in helping students grow and succeed;

·        Able to communicate in English and Hebrew;

·        interest in education;

·        grammatically correct speech;

·        ability to communicate in English and Hebew

·        ability to listen and hear;

·        motivation for financial results;

·        readiness for a large number of calls and work in multitasking mode;

·        experience in sales or with clients from 1 year.

Location & Commitments:

·        The newest location is at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station – Easy to get to via bus, light rail, train, or automobile.

·        salary consists of a fixed part of $1,000 a month and a share profit for each signed contract, contract completed, and additional contracts with the same lead;

·        trial period: 2-3 months;

·        working day is Hybrid 10 AM to 7 PM with flexibility;
