Director of Product Management

A global cybersecurity company specializing in digital identity verification and management is looking for a Product Manager to join its Product team.

The role includes end-to-end product lifecycle management, strategic planning, roadmap development, marketing and customer relations, market trend analysis, and close collaboration with R&D teams.

The company has around 180 employees, with offices in Hod Hasharon (parking available), and offers a hybrid model with one remote workday per week.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex and emerging problems in the world of identity space, fraud and risk management by leveraging existing and emerging datasets.
• Manage product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Own and communicate Roadmap plans, and prioritize features to support the ongoing product delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and other customer commitments
• Work closely with internal and outsourced R&D teams to oversee implementation and ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery
• Analyze market trends and closely monitor competitive landscape, translate vision into detailed product roadmap & backlog
• Research, collect, gather, define, prioritize and communicate business requirements from different sources for current and future product releases
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute it
• Act as the subject matter expert of the product area internally as well as externally
• Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts
• Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the success and health of your product

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager at a product-driven software company preferably in the Identity, Fraud, Risk or Fintech industries
• Proven experience and demonstrable technical depth in SaaS and API-based software products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business opportunities into actionable product roadmap and features.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive agendas across diverse stakeholders and foster effective collaboration
• Experience in leading ML/Data/AI related products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative and delivering results
