About the role:

Lead a digital transformation in customer journey and business excellence, with a focus on establishing and implementing a cloud-based CRM system.

Full project lifecycle management, emphasizing technological innovation, process improvement, achieving business and strategic goals, selecting MVPs, building and leading organic work teams, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, suppliers, and other partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading a CRM system implementation project in a large organization (Cloud-based – mandatory, Salesforce – an advantage)

• Experience in managing budgets, procurement processes, and suppliers

• Previous experience managing teams

• Prior experience managing an organizational efficiency unit – a significant advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree – an advantage

• Initiative, personal responsibility, leadership and motivational skills, analytical thinking, and versatility
