Backend Engineering Team leader (C#)

Cello (Cellopark) Technologies is an established global leader in urban mobility. The company is dynamic and rapidly changing, focusing on developing a modern and comfortable parking payment solution to meet the growing market demand. We've invented the world's first parking payment application that uses cellular technology to make the parking experience simple, quick, and easy for all customers. Cello operates in over 400 municipalities, parking lots, and university campuses in three countries with different languages. Our global system covers more than 300,000+ parking spots, both on- and off-street, and processes hundreds of millions of transactions annually.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for you to join us as a Backend Engineering Team leader (C#) to grow, lead and support the Core and Services Development team.

What will you do:

·        Be responsible for all aspects of software development - from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development

·        Work as a hands-on lead developer between 50%-80% of your time

·        Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production-critical environment

·        Help accelerate our growth and global expansion through leading, growing, mentoring and managing your mission-critical team of talented engineers

Qualifications:

·        Have at least 3 years of experience in managing backend or agile teams

·        Be an excellent full-stack C# developer with proven experience in developing and shipping high-performance scalable production server applications for at least 7+ years

·        Be an excellent technical leader and collaborator, capable of building and maintaining relationships within the team and the department.

·        Proven proficiency in C#, including .NET Core, SQL and Non-SQL databases

·           

·        Experience with AWS cloud platform

·        Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g.,Angular) is a plus.

·        Tech stack: microservices, API, .Net core, k8s, docker, kafka, sql sevrer, mongodb
