Product Manager, Growth

As a Product Manager at our data-driven SaaS company, you'll play a dual role: driving our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives while also owning one of our key product domains end-to-end. In this position, you'll spearhead strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, ensuring a robust and scalable growth engine. Simultaneously, you'll take full responsibility for the lifecycle of your product domain—from initial concept and development to continuous improvement and market delivery.

Working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Support, you'll manage the complete user journey, from discovery to enterprise conversion, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive impactful strategies. Your expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and in-app user experiences will not only fuel growth but also ensure that your product domain consistently delivers exceptional value and meets evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify user behavior patterns and uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust growth infrastructure to support scalable user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Define and prioritize growth initiatives, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Support to implement effective strategies.
• Identify and implement in-product strategies to improve user activation, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize user experiences and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee user communication channels, including emails, in-app messages, and notifications, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
• Work closely with R&D team to define product requirements necessary to achieve your goals
• Work closely with the management and stakeholders to identify, plan, design and execute on growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company and additional experience focusing on Product-Led Growth (PLG) or B2C motions.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Experience with in-app communication platforms like Chameleon, Appcues, or Userflow.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey growth strategies.
• Hands-on, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Familiarity with tools such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Auth0 (a plus).
• Experience in working on pricing and packaging (a plus).
