Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our global team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, with additional experience in cloud technologies, networking, and Kubernetes being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain platform solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate scalable cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform infrastructure and applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, or Java- a must.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Experience working with various cloud providers and their services- AWS / Microsoft Azure- a must.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

**This position is defined as a temporary role for an 18-month period.
