Presales Engineer

MER Group, a global leader providing comprehensive solutions, products and services in HLS, Telecom and Military Technologies, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with deep technological and technical understanding in the fields of Defense, Homeland Security, Safe and Smart Cities & Communications.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at MER Group, you will provide technical lead and take full ownership of RFP responses by addressing customers' needs and technical/business requirements, designing optimal solutions, and engaging relevant third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end RFP response processes while meeting aggressive timelines
• Take full ownership of technical solution proposals and pricing models (P&L)
• Drive and manage pre-sales processes through active engagement with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of proven pre-sales experience in Defense and HLS from global companies (Physical security systems, Communications, Radar systems, UAVs)
• Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate technical solutions
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Team player with out-of-the-box thinking, proactive approach and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and technical orientation
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
