Operational Excellence Director

Leading Operational Excellence within the organization, including the development and implementation of cross-organizational operational strategies, with a focus on manufacturing and R&D. Continuous improvement of processes, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Initiating and implementing organizational processes to enhance operations.
• Promoting excellence methodologies, including cross-organizational standards and tools.
• Collaborating with departments to implement optimized processes.
• Ongoing review and assessment of workflows and business objectives.
• Monitoring KPIs and leading projects to improve performance.
• Guiding teams and implementing advanced work methodologies.

Education and Knowledge Requirements:

· Eng. Degree. Industrial Engineering

· Al least 15 years of experience leading technical projects

· Demonstrated experience developing departmental strategies and processes.

· Strong technical orientation, experience in design validation and verification activities

· Solid understanding of FDA and international regulations & medical devices.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
