We are seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our "EZI" solutions.
EZI is designed for a wide range of industries, importers and exporters, distributors, retailers, and practically for any organization that understands that EDI is the only way to manage an efficient supply chain and successful business relationships nowadays.
Our EZI ensure streamlining supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing manual intervention in data exchange between trading partners. EDI facilitates standardized communication formats, allowing businesses to exchange supply chain information seamlessly and accurately.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with a business-oriented mindset and a passion for technology to drive meaningful growth in a fast-paced environment.
The EZI Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing customer relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of B2B integration, EDI platforms, and the ability to articulate how the solution addresses client pain points, drives efficiencies, and delivers value.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients, focusing on key industries such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and e-commerce.
- Build relationships with decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, Supply Chain Managers, and Procurement Leads.
- Understand client business processes and position the EDI platform as a solution to address their integration needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the platform's value.
- Flexible working schedule and a pleasant working atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in EDI or integration platforms.
- Experience selling to industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, enterprise software, or integration solutions - Must.
- Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, close high-value deals, and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about technology and innovation.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with digital products and applications is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales technology tools – An advantage.
- Languages: Hebrew & English – required.
