Head of Commercial

A leading and well-established import & trade company is looking for an experienced Head of DIY Commercial to drive the growth and development of its expanding DIY division. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will lead strategic business initiatives, strengthen key partnerships, and maximize market potential.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage the company’s DIY product segment, driving sales and profitability

🔹 Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the DIY division

🔹 Expand market presence and commercial activities while identifying new business opportunities

🔹 Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key customers and global suppliers

Requirements:

 ✔ +5 years of proven experience in DIY commercial management

✔Proven track record in B2B clients and international suppliers across multiple countries

✔ Strong industry network and deep market knowledge

✔ Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen

✔ Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach

✔ Ability to lead business expansion and identify new revenue streams
