We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Business Development to drive growth and market presence for our digital reputation management solutions and new SaaS products.
This role combines strategic marketing leadership with direct revenue generation responsibilities, requiring a unique blend of software sales expertise and service-oriented business development experience.
We are a digital reputation pioneer, shaping perceptions of companies and individuals through thoughtful planning of their digital footprint — as seen in search. Using proprietary technology and data-driven diagnostics, we analyze a brand’s internet presence and map out a more accurate, intentional, and strategic reputation for our clients, together with their communications teams.
Our clients include some of the best-known companies in the world and notable individuals who expect premium standards of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
· Work closely with the leadership team to define business strategy and growth initiatives
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development
· Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track business performance
· Lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities and threats
Marketing Leadership
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position our digital reputation management solutions and SaaS products in the market
· Lead content marketing initiatives including thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories
· Build and manage the marketing team, establishing KPIs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
· Create and manage marketing budget, tracking ROI across all channels and campaigns
· Oversee brand development and consistency across all marketing channels
Business Development
· Drive revenue growth through partnership development and direct sales
· Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners
· Identify and pursue new market opportunities and segments (partners and clients)
· Develop pricing strategies and service packages that maximize value and market penetration
· Create and implement sales processes that effectively communicate our value proposition
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 8+ years of progressive marketing and sales experience, with at least 3 years in software/SaaS sales
· Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
· Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth in both software and services businesses
· Experience managing and growing marketing and sales teams
· Brand strategy experience
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics
· Demonstrated success in B2B software sales and service-based business development
· Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
· History of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
