Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Global Company based at the Center of Israel

I am seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a global company.

This role will be a key part of the executive team, leading operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives to shape the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee all production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution

✔ Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance production and product quality

✔ Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless material availability and exceptional customer service

✔ Lead purchasing initiatives, optimize costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships

✔ Inspire and manage cross-functional teams across production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing

✔ Oversee departmental budget management and drive financial and operational success

✔ Collaborate with development and engineering teams to drive continuous product innovation

Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience as a COO in an electronics manufacturing environment

🔹 Experience in a global company – an advantage

🔹 Proven leadership and team management skills

🔹 Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines under pressure

🔹 Willingness to work flexible and unconventional hours as needed

🔹 High-level English – mandatory
