Job Description:

Oncotest, a leading company in the field of personalized cancer medicine, is looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its scientific support team.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) plays a crucial role within the scientific team. This role facilitates meaningful, science-driven interactions with both internal and external stakeholders through individual engagements, educational events, and medical initiatives. The MSL is responsible for generating and effectively communicating scientific information, acting as the primary point of contact for a network of healthcare professionals (including key opinion leaders). Additionally, they ensure seamless collaboration and communication with sales and market access teams to support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific support to medical teams.
• Train and provide professional scientific support to sales teams.
• Establish relationships and lead scientific meetings with medical teams and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Deeply understand scientific materials and translate them into clear and concise key messages.
• Present clinical and scientific data in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare and present scientific presentations to medical teams.
• Maintain ongoing professional relationships with international partners.
• Stay up to date with relevant scientific publications.
• Write scientific content across various platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Medicine / Biology / Pharmacology (PhD is an advantage).
• At least two years of experience as an MSL or in a relevant scientific role within a pharmaceutical or diagnostics company (oncology experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage medical audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills, from building a presentation to delivering clear messages to the target audience.
• Ability to quickly learn and simplify complex scientific materials into accessible language.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
