The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in streamlining logistics operations, delivering outstanding customer support, and optimizing routing strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, and highly collaborative, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to challenges while maintaining a focus on achieving the team's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage and track all logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate transportation, shipments, and inventory management.
• Oversee documentation, including shipping orders, customs declarations, and tracking updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Customer Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicate updates on delivery status, delays, or issues proactively.
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Routing Optimization:
• Develop and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Analyze transportation data to identify areas for route improvements.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining service quality.
• Implement route optimization software or technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery times, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and routing performance to management.
• Utilize data to make informed decisions that improve logistics and customer support operations.
  
  

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or a related role.
• Familiarity with routing optimization software and logistics management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Previous experience with TMS.
• Knowledge of US shipping regulations and procedures.
