Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a Digital Marketing expert passionate about advertising, social media, and brand development? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Charles & Keith.

This role focuses on paid advertising strategies, social media growth, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

This is a full-time, on-site position, where you will work closely with the marketing team to expand our digital presence and optimize advertising performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and increase conversions.
• Track, analyze, and adjust advertising strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Research and implement the latest digital advertising trends to improve campaign results.

Social Media Management & Growth

• Manage and grow Charles & Keith’s social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content (images, videos, and captions) and schedule posts strategically.
• Execute social media marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions while maintaining a professional brand image.

Marketing Strategy & Data Analytics

• Track and analyze advertising performance, social media metrics, and digital marketing results.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure paid advertising aligns with the brand’s overall strategy.
• Assist in content marketing efforts, including email marketing and website updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, social media management, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize ad performance.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand advertising content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and website analytics is a plus.
