Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement a best-in-class DevOps strategy, aligning with industry best practices.

* Architect and maintain a highly available, globally scalable cloud-based infrastructure.

* Empower engineering teams with best-in-class monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities.

* Enhance developer velocity by providing robust, on-demand development and testing environments.

* Embed security best practices throughout our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience building and maintaining highly scalable, cloud-based production systems (AWS experience essential).

* Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, IaC (e.g., Terraform, GitOps), and containerization (Kubernetes a plus).

* Mastery of observability, alerting, and incident response tools and strategies.

* Proven leadership skills in setting DevOps strategy and executing a roadmap.

* Ability to make pragmatic, cost-effective decisions in a dynamic startup environment.
