About the Role:
Seeking a startup-minded AI leader who excels in fast-paced environments, empowering employees to ideate, build, and scale AI agents using no-code tools to drive business impact. This role requires influence, collaboration, and execution to help teams adopt and develop AI agents with clear ROI. Ideal for a former startup founder or early-stage employee with experience in rapid experimentation, cross-functional initiatives leveraging AI to achieve required outcomes, and an AI-first mindset for driving innovation.

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of proven experience in AI, product innovation, or startup leadershipFounder or early-stage startup experience , ideally with a track record of launching and scaling technology-driven products.
• Ability to drive AI adoption and enablement where AI is still an emerging capability.
• Hands-on experience working with no/low-code AI tools, understanding how to democratize AI across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  

• Expertise in AI, automation, and no-code AI tools.
• Experience in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.
• Deep understanding of business models and AI ROI measurement.
• Deep understanding of core business processes in a software company.
• Strong ability to communicate AI’s value to stakeholders.
