We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team
As our Help-Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's employees' computing environment, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktop hardware and software, servers, and the rack room, ordering and maintaining IT equipment.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Installation of new computers for company employees
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer operating systems, software, hardware, meeting rooms, and printer issues.
- Order and maintain the IT equipment.
- Support and maintain the meeting rooms.
- Support Active Directory, G Suite, Office 365, Atlassian products, and Okta environments.
- Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Proactively identify trends in user issues to assist in continual service improvement.
- Creating automation and maintaining the current ones.
- Ability to self-learn new technologies.
- Ability to grow and initiate projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in Help Desk/IT support-related roles.
- Knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux - Must
- Basic familiarity with networking and protocols such as - TCP\IP, DHCP, and DNS.MCITP or CCNA
- Familiarity with hardware components (Laptops and PCs) - Server- advantage
- Microsoft 365, local AD, and Azure AD - Must
- Familiarity with Okta and Slack - Must
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity in ESXi and Vsphere management - Advantage
- Basic familiarity with MDM - Advantage
- Basic familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket…) - Advantage
- Scripting, Priority, SF, DocuSign, AWS - Advantage
- Basic knowledge of Solidworks - Advantage
