IT Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to manage and develop our global IT team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, focusing on team development, process automation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage a global IT team of three members (Systems Administrator and two IT Support specialists)
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Bridge time zone differences and ensure effective collaboration between US and Israeli team members
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
  
  

• - Define and implement quarterly OKRs aligned with company objectives
• - Establish, track, and report team KPIs to the CTO
• - Create and maintain IT operational dashboards
• - Develop and execute the IT department's annual strategy and budget
  
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across IT operations
• Streamline helpdesk and user administration processes
• Develop and maintain IT standard operating procedures
• Implement tools and systems to increase team efficiency
• Provide technical oversight for major IT initiatives
• Guide the team in implementing security best practices
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions
• Participate in hands-on technical work as needed
  
  

• 7+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Cultural awareness and ability to work across different regions
