We are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about marketing. As a member of our growing marketing team, you’ll work alongside the entire GTM team to scale and optimize the inbound channel globally.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Hands-on development and execution of multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and traffic to our website.
• Create, optimize, and manage all our paid acquisition campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Manage the entire visits/lead/account lifecycle from outreach through to conversion, qualification, deal, closed-won
• Analyze inbound channel performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing inbound efforts with sales objectives and targets.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with expertise in a B2D company - a must.
• An expert in running Google ads - a must.
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Expert analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM reporting, Spreadsheets).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
