• Actively support the global sales team in sales activities, proposals and customer documents, customer workshops, visits and presentations.
• Be accountable and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and key metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
• Help coordinate and track sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
• Support managing interfaces of the sales team with other departments such as Marketing and Legal with a variety of stakeholders.
• Generate and prepare sales reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support during the proposal stages.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and other events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to support the sales team.
  
  

• Prior administrative or sales operations or sales support experience is preferred.
• A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on experience in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Experience in data analytics and creating insightful reports using excel or Google sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
