System Analyst & Project Manager

Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements documents from key stakeholders, including writing technical and functional specifications.
• Investigate existing systems, dive into details, understand business needs, and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with and manage external vendors.
• Full-time position with availability for additional hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and writing specifications – Mandatory
• Experience in digital platforms – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within IT – Advantage
• Experience in large-scale / financial organizations – Advantage
• Strong process management and leadership skills
• Experience working with clients
• System-wide vision
