Buyer - Temporary

Description

Fiverr is looking for a temporary Buyer to join our Operations team!

The Buyer will be part of the Procurement team and work closely with HR, Facilities, and Marketing teams.

We are looking for this special someone who thrives under pressure and should have high attention to detail as well as demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

This position is temporary, a replacement for maternity leave.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end, from issue to delivery
• Managing relationships with local and international vendors to achieve the best commercial terms. Maintain and develop relationships with both local and international suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms.
• Handling negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
• Conduct market research and sourcing new services and suppliers
• Day to day vendor management
• Providing excellent service to the relevant departments
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Global indirect Procurement role
• Experience with large-scale purchasing methods and negotiations
• Experience with ERP systems & Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory
• Experience in project management- an advantage
