About the roleThe Senior Creative Marketing Designer at FINQ will play a key role in leading the creation of all marketing assets across digital channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, this individual will oversee the development of both video and static creatives for social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and other marketing initiatives. From brainstorming and ideation to execution and performance analysis, the Senior Creative Marketing Designer will ensure all assets meet the highest creative standards while driving engagement, brand awareness, and improved conversion rates.
This role requires outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, combined with a strong understanding of digital marketing performance across multiple channels. The Senior Creative Marketing Designer will collaborate closely with Product Designers to evolve and adapt FINQ’s brand design for marketing needs. Additionally, they will be a core member of the in-house marketing team, supporting cross-market activity for both Israel and the U.S., working alongside the Head of Marketing Israel to align creative execution with strategic goals.

What you’ll do- Design and create high-quality assets for marketing initiatives, including ads, social media, emails, landing pages, and more.
- Translate marketing goals into visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and drive engagement.
- Optimize performance by iterating on designs based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, and management, to support various campaigns.
- Develop and expand FINQ’s visual identity to meet evolving marketing needs for both Israeli and U.S. markets.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a deep understanding of all stages of the design process.
- Strong portfolio showcasing online marketing assets, full campaigns, and a solid grasp of design principles, UI/UX, and typography.
- Experience in Fintech or B2C marketing, with an understanding of how design impacts performance and engagement.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects & Premiere Pro).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present design concepts effectively.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to switch gears quickly, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and data-driven mindset, with a passion for learning, testing, and optimizing based on KPIs and performance insights.
