Job Description:
We are seeking for a strategic and technically proficient Business Forecast and System Manager to lead forecasting initiatives and oversee the integration, optimization, and management of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle) systems. This role bridges data-driven insights and technology, ensuring alignment between business operations and system capabilities to support global sales growth and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Lead and manage short- and long-term sales forecasting efforts, leveraging system capabilities to ensure precision and alignment with market dynamics. Integrate customer requirements into forecasting models, identifying risks and opportunities.
- System Ownership & Optimization: Act as the business owner for Salesforce and Oracle ERP systems, collaborating with IT to ensure systems meet user requirements and business objectives. Design and implement system enhancements to improve data accuracy, user experience, and forecasting efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global sales, finance, production, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with operational planning and delivery capabilities. Serve as the primary liaison for system-driven reporting and data integration between regions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop actionable insights from system data, preparing forecasts and reports for executive decision-making. Monitor and improve forecast accuracy through system-driven analytics.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to global teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of CRM and ERP tools.
- Trend Analysis & Strategic Insights: Use system data to identify sales and market trends, informing strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring system outputs align with business needs and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or systems management, preferably within a global organization.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting and data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms, with the ability to manage these systems from a business perspective.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions, such as product marketing, sales, production, and supply chain.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in preparing reports for executive teams.
- Good understanding of information systems and their integration into business operations.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct detailed forecasts and track performance metrics.
- Ability to work closely with product and supply chain teams to ensure product divisions can meet customer commitments.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and support global teams.
