Instructional Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative instructional developer with the ability to translate complex content into interactive learning experiences to join our instructional development team. The role includes designing and developing advanced digital learning solutions using Storyline and additional tools in the field of e-learning.

Responsibilities:

• Developing digital courses using Storyline and other technological tools.
• Defining and producing interactive learning content based on client/organization needs.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and technology professionals.
• Analyzing user feedback and continuously improving learning processes.
• Staying updated with technological advancements and innovative learning methods.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least one year in instructional development using Storyline.
• Knowledge and experience in designing interactive learning.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – an advantage.
• Basic graphic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (such as Learning Technologies, Education, Communications) – an advantage.
