We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Temporary Position) to join our growing team and play a key role in scaling our organization. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing Ad-Tech company, where you will be a true partner to hiring managers and contribute to the company’s expansion. In this role, You will play a key role in the hiring process by ensuring a seamless candidate experience and identifying top talent through sourcing and screening.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to key stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a Talent Acquisition Associate, Coordinator, or Sourcer role, either in a similar company or within a tech recruitment agency.
• Experience with sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
