A Series A company in our portfolio is looking for an experienced operations and office manager to oversee the day-to-day processes of this fast-growing company.
In addition to managing the office and facilities, this role plays a major role in finance/bookkeeping, employee experience and welfare, legal compliance, and a range of other operational projects and special initiatives. It's a great opportunity to join early and grow along with the company in an operations role.
This is an on-site position located in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage daily activities in the Tel Aviv office, including maintenance, vendor relations, and real estate.
- Oversee accounting/bookeeping in collaboration with external providers in Israel and the US.
- Support the US Office by developing processes, connecting employees globally, and providing key operational support.
- Contribute to employee welfare, working alongside the HR team, to build a great culture.
- Manage inventory and procurement to ensure all teams have the necessary tools and supplies.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and teams.
- Lead key operational initiatives such as opening new offices, choosing and implementing new tools, etc.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of broad operational experience, including in office management, with exposure to finance, legal, and other teams and processes.
- Experience in a small, fast-growing startup.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
