Lawyer for the legal department - Specializing in real estate

We're constantly growing and are looking for an attorney specializing in real estate for our legal department.

Job Description:

• Legal handling of financing transactions secured in property liens.
• Handling various legal documents: Loan agreements, liens agreement, mortgage deeds, etc.
• Auditing real estate assets' legal status.
• Overseeing attorneys handling the procedure opposite the client.
• Providing professional assistance on various issues, including compound entries.
• Working under the company's legal consultant.
  
  

• A minimum of 5 years experience handling real estate transactions.
• Prior experience in real estate-secured financing transactions – advantage.
• Good multitasking ability.
• Creative mindset.
• Service-oriented.
• Excellent people skills.
