Employee Services Representative

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Employee Services Representative for a full-time position to join us.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring employee satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. As the primary point of contact for employees, you will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall employee experience.

• Working in shifts to provide frontal services to Check Point IL employees such as: meals, kitchenettes, cellular, deliveries, office supplies, expenses, business cards, etc.
• Welcoming vendors and distributors arriving to the office and helping in food ordering and office allocation and meeting rooms.
• Offering friendly service to Check Point IL workers, visitors of the building and those calling on phone.
• We work in collaboration with peers in order to improve the employee experience of Check Point IL workers.
• Leading and initiating projects in the areas of facilities and employee services.
  
  

• BA in Behavioral Science or other equivalents
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong service orientation
• Excellent English
• Independent, innovative and resourceful
• Experience in administration in a dynamic environment - an advantage
