We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in low-level programming and a deep understanding of Windows internals to join our team.

About the role:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers responsible of our endpoint security applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.
• Manage tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the product and research team.
• You will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing detection algorithm roadmaps.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.
• Continuously evaluating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.
• Extensive experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and lead multiple projects and initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience making critical technical decisions balancing business requirements, feasibility, and scalability.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and defense mechanisms.
