Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Associate located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for communication, customer service, guest experience, receptionist duties, and reservations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Guest Experience and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in handling Reservations
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
